1. When you first enter the Journal Entries option a Select An Option window will appear; select Standard Journal Entries.
2. From the list, select the standard journal entry you wish to view.
3. Command options will appear allowing you to add additional lines to an existing standard journal entry, change a standard journal entry line, delete a standard journal entry line, make changes to the header, void the entire standard journal entry, update (save) a standard journal entry, or exit the function without saving changes.
